Since 2005, Wifx has deployed and supported MikroTik solutions in French-speaking Switzerland, with over 15,000 devices installed for its clients. Founded in 1996 in Riga, Latvia, MikroTik’s mission is to make Internet technologies faster, more powerful, and more affordable for everyone, and today it equips networks in many countries.

The equipment consumes little power (often between 5 and 15 W), requires no paid licenses, benefits from long-term free software updates, and remains significantly more affordable than many major brands, while offering advanced enterprise-level features.

The product range covers both home and business use: routers, switches, and access points for apartments, SMEs, hospitality, education, or industrial sites. The 4G/5G models connect chalets, construction sites, and temporary locations, while point-to-point links in 2.4/5/60 GHz connect distant buildings without civil engineering work. Low power consumption and PoE power supply simplify infrastructure and reduce operating costs.

We maintain stock in Switzerland to ensure fast deliveries and French-language support, close to the field. Our teams design, install, migrate, and supervise networks, with audit, consulting, and training services, and also operate a carrier network based on MikroTik, which gives us direct feedback on models, RouterOS versions, and best practices.

MikroTik offers a structured training program, recognized worldwide, with several thousand certified graduates each year.
