Planned maintenance

April 20, 2024, midnight to 1 am (CEST), duration 30 minutes: in order to solve problems related to the upstream speed for some of our customers and in specific scenarios, we will replace some devices in our network. The following customers will be affected and will not have internet access during this period:

  • Internet access using a PPPoE account @wifx.ch

Customers with a 4G/5G backup will not be affected.
